Mr. Hank “HP” Payton – CEO & Principal
HP is a seasoned technology leader and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in IT strategy, systems design, and implementation. A proud graduate of North Carolina Central University with a bachelor’s degree and of Morgan State University with an MBA, he brings a diversified foundation to his approach to executive leadership.
He holds multiple certifications in SAFe Agile, IT, Engineering, and Program Management. With deep expertise in systems integration, cloud architecture, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and artificial intelligence, he has spent his career helping organizations leverage technology to achieve measurable business outcomes.
To his credit, Mr. Payton led the deployment of a national security system on 3 continents, authored the Data Migration Strategy for the shared services organization; ensuring continuity of operations following the implementation of an Army-wide initiative, authored the overall system interface and interoperability strategy and implemented 100+ financial feeder system interfaces, and successfully led an organization of 300+ personnel in providing cyber, cloud, hybrid cloud, on prem, and compute/store capabilities globally.

Mrs. Keysha Lewis Payton – COO & Principal
Mrs. Payton is a proven technology leader with decades of experience driving enterprise transformation through ERP implementation, program management, and the deployment of Agile practices in software development. Her career reflects a consistent ability to deliver innovation, improve efficiency, and guide complex organizations through change.
She previously served as the Major Enhancements Lead for the Assistant Secretary of the Army – Financial Management & Comptroller, where she played a pivotal role in advancing mission-critical systems. Notably, she led the deployment of the Army’s financial management system to the United States Army Special Operations Command, ensuring operational readiness and financial accountability in one of the Army’s most critical environments.
During her tenure with the Army, Mrs. Payton also served as Division Chief for Enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (E-ICAM), spearheading identity and access solutions at scale. Most recently, she served as Assistant Program Manager for the Army’s ATIS program, where she directed strategic initiatives in support of enterprise modernization.
Mrs. Payton is certified in both finance and technology, holding multiple SAFe Agile certifications and the Department of Defense Financial Management certification, demonstrating her commitment to excellence, adaptability, and continuous professional growth. She is also a graduate of the Georgetown University Project Management certificate program and from the Operations Management certificate program at Cornell University. She is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and received her MBA in Organizational Development from Morgan State University.
